These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Strive platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Strive.FM, Inc. ("Strive," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Strive is a music campaign platform that connects recording artists with rideshare drivers to promote music through in-vehicle playlist exposure. The Service enables:
Strive does not guarantee any specific number of streams, listener engagement, or commercial outcomes. Campaign performance depends on factors including driver availability, geographic coverage, and listener behavior.
To use the Service, you must create an account using Firebase Authentication (email/password or phone/SMS verification). You are responsible for:
You must notify us immediately at hello@strive.fm if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Strive is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Campaigns follow this lifecycle:
Campaigns are priced on a cost-per-stream (CPS) basis. Current pricing tiers and bundle deals are displayed in the Service at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
You are not charged until your campaign goes live. Submitting a campaign and entering the review/queue is free. Payment is collected only when your campaign is approved and launched into the driver network.
Strive may offer discounted bundle packages for multiple campaigns or extended commitments. Bundle terms, including pricing and duration, are presented at the time of purchase. Bundle deals are non-refundable once the first campaign in the bundle goes live (subject to the 7-day refund window below).
Campaigns that have not yet gone live may be cancelled at any time at no cost, since no payment is collected until launch. You can cancel queued campaigns freely from your dashboard or by contacting hello@strive.fm.
If you cancel within 7 days of your campaign going live, you will receive a 100% refund of ALL unplayed impressions. You are only charged for impressions actually delivered during the live period.
Once a campaign has been live for more than 7 days, no refunds are issued. You may still cancel your campaign at any time, but payment for the full campaign budget is final.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, email hello@strive.fm with your account email and campaign details. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Third-Party Marketing Activity Disclaimer: All refund and cancellation terms are subject to the condition that you are not concurrently using third-party digital marketing services that Strive deems to constitute suspicious or artificial streaming activity on tracks included in your Strive campaigns. If Strive detects anomalous Spotify activity on your tracks — including but not limited to artificial stream inflation, bot-driven plays, or irregular listener patterns — that is not attributable to Strive's services, Strive reserves the right to deny any refund requests and terminate the campaign without liability. By using the Service, you represent that you will not engage third-party services that manipulate streaming metrics on tracks active in Strive campaigns.
You retain all ownership rights to the music and content you submit to Strive. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Strive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, display, and play your tracks solely for the purpose of fulfilling your campaign within the Strive driver network.
This license terminates when your campaign ends or your account is closed. Strive does not claim any ownership interest in your music or content.
The Strive name, logo, and all related branding are the property of Strive.FM, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Strive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Strive makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Strive does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific campaign results will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strive.FM, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Strive's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Strive in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
Strive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
